Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you put in your resume and for keeping your credentials secure. One account belongs to one person; do not share access.
Credits
Each product carries its own credits. Credits for one product cannot be spent on another. If an operation fails through a fault on our side, the credits reserved for it are released.
What the scores mean
The ATS score is an estimate produced by this platform's own rules. It is not the score any particular employer or applicant tracking system would produce. Interview feedback describes how you answered specific questions; it is not an assessment of your personality, honesty, intelligence, mental health, or employability, and it is not a hiring decision.
AI-generated content
Suggestions are drafts for you to review. You remain responsible for what your resume says. Do not submit content you know to be untrue — the assistant will not fabricate history for you, and you should not add any yourself.
Acceptable use
Do not upload material you have no right to share, attempt to reach another user's or another institution's data, or use the platform to impersonate someone.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available and will tell you plainly when something has failed rather than presenting a degraded result as a successful one.
